Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy specifically for damaged or undelivered items. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or sale items. If you have questions about your specific item, please reach out.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
